NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Classes are beginner-friendly so that new student can jump right in without feeling intimidated or out of place.
You probably know that working out alone can get boring and you eventually stop. Our Kickboxing program has an extensive curriculum that offers years of training to get you in shape and teach you self-defense. We will keep you entertained, engaged and learning for many years to come.
Classes are taught by experienced black belt master instructors guiding you every step of the way.

Kickboxing & Self-Defense
A great workout learning real kickboxing skills from black belt master instructors and practical self-defense. No previous experience is needed and classes are open to adults and teens ages 13 and up.

Is this a "cardio kickboxing" class?
Our program is not a follow the leader and punch the air type of cardio class. You will learn how to strike, how to kick and work to tone your body and get stronger.
Do I need any previous experience?
Most students start with no previous experience. You will train at your own pace and to the best of YOUR ability as you learn the techniques and improve over time.
When and how long are the classes?
Classes are 50 minutes and currently meet Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm.
What equipment will I need?
You will initially need boxing gloves and hand wraps to protect your wrist. Once you enroll you will need to get some of our t-shirts for training. Any workout shorts or pants will be fine.
Do I wear shoes in class?
Your options are either to train barefoot, with socks, or with tennis shoes or sneakers that are only worn to train at our facility. (For sanitary reasons, please do not wear tennis shoes or sneakers that are worn outside of the gym.)
What exactly will I learn in the class?
In our class you will:
- Learn to strike using kicks, punches, knees and elbows
- Learn Self-defense application
- To escape from holds and chokes
- Joint locks and control techniques
- Get in great shape
- Improve flexibility and mobility
- Reduce stress
