NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Our adult and teen taekwondo classes are beginner-friendly so that new student can jump right in without feeling intimidated or out of place.
You probably know that working out alone can get boring and you eventually stop. Our taekwondo program has an extensive curriculum that offers years of training to get you in shape as you make your way to black belt and beyond. We will keep you entertained, engaged and learning for many years to come.
Classes are taught by experienced black belt instructors guiding you every step of the way.

Get Taekwondo Fit!
We teach an effective martial art system in a traditional and safe setting, led by professional instructors. Our curriculum is designed for students to learn and progress at their own pace, while reaping the many benefits of martial arts training. No previous martial arts or self-defense experience is needed and classes are open to adults and teens ages 13 and up.

Will taekwondo training help me get in shape?
Absolutely! you are going to be sweating at the end of each class.
Do I need any previous experience?
Most martial arts students start with no previous experience and look to gain benefits like exercise, stress relief, self-defense or elf confidence. You will train at your own pace and to the best of YOUR ability.
When and how long are the classes?

Students should try to attend at least twice a week.
What equipment will I need?
Besides the uniform you should get a pair of boxing gloves form Monday’s class.
Are there long membership commitments?
We offer month-to-month membership as well as on longer plans with savings to you.
What exactly will I learn in taekwondo?
